i tweaked modern crumb's pumpkin cream cheese cinnamon rolls for the recipe below
yours will probably be fluffier & prettier than mine bc... i used old yeast -_-
also.. if some of the steps don't make sense, know that i tried hahaha
not a recipe developer or write, just for fun & sharing if you want to try it for yourself
for the filling :
if you find that pumpkin puree is watery, reduce it in saucepan by heating it up for 2 - 3 minutes
